The good news, you are two simple ingredients away from soothing the redness and itchiness associated with these heinous skin conditions.

  6. Follow with your normal skincare routine.

HOW TO USE?

  1. Apply to clean skin.

  2. Leave on for 15 minutes.

  3. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

  4. Follow with your normal skincare routine.

USE TWICE A WEEK.

BENEFITS OF THE INGREDIENTS?

TURMERIC 101 >

  • Contains an active ingredient called curcumin, which makes turmeric anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties and hence great for the treatment of eczema or psoriasis.

CASTOR OIL 101 >

  • Reduces inflammation.

  • Moisturises and softens your skin.

Turmeric can temporarily stain your skin, but worry not, it comes off. After rinsing off the face mask with lukewarm water, pat your face dry with a dark towel (preferably - will come off all colours of towels once washed). Then take a bowl of milk and dip cotton wool in the milk and apply to your face to get rid of the excess turmeric colouring. Then cleanse your face again. I find that turmeric only temporarily stains if I use 1 tsp of it in a mixture. 1/2 a tsp leaves no trace on my skin, but all our skins are different. Please don't let this deter you from trying this amazing face mask, I use turmeric on my skin at least once a week and it is a miracle worker.
