In the realm of skincare, finding products that cater to sensitive skin types can feel like an endless quest. If you're among the many individuals struggling with very dry, sensitive, irritated or eczema or psoriasis-prone skin, you understand the importance of gentle yet effective formulations. Enter my revolutionary anti-ageing toner, meticulously crafted to address all these skin concerns.

If you want to know more about eczema and psoriasis, please click here for information about what each condition is, how to treat them, recommendations for changes to diet and what supplements to include. I also talk about the harsh side effects of using cortisone treatments and how they thin your skin and contribute to premature ageing.

List of ingredients:

  • Green Tea

  • Rose Water

  • Myrrh Essential Oil

Green Tea:

Packed with antioxidants: Green tea is renowned for its high antioxidant content, primarily polyphenols and catechins. These compounds help combat free radicals, thereby reducing oxidative stress and preventing premature ageing.

Anti-inflammatory properties: Eczema often entails inflammation and irritation. Green tea possesses anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe redness and calm sensitive skin, promoting a clearer and more even complexion.

Skin rejuvenation: The catechins in green tea stimulate cell renewal, promoting healthier and younger-looking skin. Regular use can minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, restoring your skin's natural radiance.

Rose Water:

Hydration and pH balance: Rose water is a natural humectant, meaning it helps attract and retain moisture in the skin. This makes it particularly beneficial for individuals with eczema, as proper hydration is crucial for maintaining skin health. Additionally, rose water helps balance the skin's pH levels, reducing the likelihood of irritation and flare-ups.

Gentle toning: Unlike harsh astringents, rose water gently tones the skin without stripping away its natural oils. This makes it suitable for daily use, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial: Rose water boasts anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, making it ideal for soothing inflammation and preventing bacterial infections associated with eczema.

Myrrh Essential Oil:

Healing properties: Myrrh essential oil has been used for centuries for its healing properties. It promotes tissue repair and regeneration, making it invaluable for addressing the damage caused by eczema flare-ups.

Antioxidant-rich: Like green tea, myrrh essential oil contains antioxidants that protect the skin from environmental stressors and premature ageing. It helps strengthen the skin's natural barrier, enhancing its resilience against external aggressors.

Relaxing aroma: Beyond its skincare benefits, myrrh essential oil offers a soothing aroma that calms the mind and uplifts the spirit. Incorporating it into your skincare routine can turn your daily regimen into a rejuvenating self-care ritual.
